At Cy-Fair Helping Hands, our goal is to serve the people of our community who need a helping hand, in addition to serving the homeless community. Hard times can arise through a variety of situations such as an illness, a divorce, a job loss, a natural disaster,  a pandemic, or even the recent increase in the cost of living. CFHH is here to provide that needed hand when individuals and families are struggling.

If you need help with rent or utilities call 2-1-1 or visit www.findhelp.orgWe do not provide assistance with rent or utilities.

Infant Formula

If you need baby formula, we  partner with L.I.F.E. Houston (Local Infant Formula for Emergencies) to bring access to free infant formula to struggling families. They are the city’s only food bank for babies, helping to ensure that the cost of formula doesn’t prohibit babies from accessing the essential nutrition needed for their first year. A representative from L.I.F.E. Houston is at CFHH on Mondays and Thursdays. If you need formula for an infant, please call (713) 428-2065 to schedule an appointment.
