Cy-Fair Helping Hands
We are writing on behalf of Cy-Fair Helping Hands and their clients to request donations for our Stetson and Stilettos Gala silent and live auction, scheduled for August 21, 2021. At this event, we anticipate 300 community members in attendance. We hope to collect donations such as pre-made themed baskets, gift cards, merchandise, trips, sports memorabilia, and services, generously donated by businesses like yours. We will also accept monetary donations, as well. The event proceeds will help us to purchase a much-needed larger facility.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. When you donate for the silent or live auction, your business will be recognized on social media, on auction displays at the event, as well as in the gala program.

To schedule a drop-off, please contact Monica @ (281) 373-4928 during the business hours of 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. We will provide a donation receipt letter with the Cy-Fair Helping Hands tax exempt ID number for your records upon delivery.
